The Arcadia project, started in September 2019, developed and coordinated by ENEA, aims at:
- supporting the use of life cycle approach in public tenders and green procurement and strengthen the skills of Public Administration on this topic;
- developing a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) database on 15 Italian supply chains to support Public Administration in preparing public tenders and evaluating offers and as a source of data that can be representative of the Italian context for companies willing to develop LCA studies on their products and services.
