The LIFE TTGG – The Tough Get Going project was created thanks to the synergy among Italian and French universities, start-ups, companies, higher education and research institutions, aiming at improving the efficiency of cheese production processes in Europe and reducing the environmental impact, thus obtaining more sustainable consumption and production.
